  1. Go to the official website: https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in/
  2. Click on “Aadhaar Seeding” or “Link Aadhaar” option.
  3. Enter your Aadhaar Number and Mobile Number linked to Aadhaar.
  4. You’ll get an OTP (One-Time Password) on your mobile.
  5. Enter the OTP and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the linking.

Offline Method:

  • Visit the nearest Ayushman Mitra Kendra, Common Service Centre (CSC), or the empaneled hospital.
  • Carry your:
    • Aadhaar card (original)
    • Ayushman card or PM-JAY ID
  • The official will do biometric verification and link your Aadhaar to the Ayushman Card.
