- Go to the official website: https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in/
- Click on “Aadhaar Seeding” or “Link Aadhaar” option.
- Enter your Aadhaar Number and Mobile Number linked to Aadhaar.
- You’ll get an OTP (One-Time Password) on your mobile.
- Enter the OTP and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the linking.
Offline Method:
- Visit the nearest Ayushman Mitra Kendra, Common Service Centre (CSC), or the empaneled hospital.
- Carry your:
- Aadhaar card (original)
- Ayushman card or PM-JAY ID
- The official will do biometric verification and link your Aadhaar to the Ayushman Card.
